Mycotoxins
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by moulds in times of stress, and they confer toxic carry over symptoms into your animals (all livestock species). Mycotoxins are almost impossible to eradicate as they proliferate in the raw materials used in livestock nutrition before, during and post-harvest. In addition, most mycotoxins work in a synergistic manner, resulting in more than one toxin present and acting at any one time. The need to bind and deactivate these toxins has resulted in the development of our toxin binder, which has the added benefit of an immune boosting function; resulting in benefits to the animals even when low levels of mycotoxins are present in the feed.
